Home Care Packages & NDIS
Home Care Packages
One of My Dish's passions is providing our community with high-quality, locally-produced meals. We know the important role that food plays in our well-being, especially for those who find it hard to cook for themselves.
As a small family business who prioritises home-style cooking, when we became aware of the challenges for senior Australians to access high-quality meals that have a home-style flavour, we wanted to play a role in helping to address these challenges.
In addition to providing meals, we have a solution that automates the administrative complexities for both Care Provider and HCP recipients. This includes only charging 30% of the meal upfront, whilst invoicing the Care Provider the remaining amount. We also make it easy for the recipient to sign up and place their orders.
How it works
-
You can sign up via this link, or asking your Care Provider to get in touch with us or they can complete an application here.
-
Once approved, you are free to place your orders whilst only paying 30% of cost of the meal. We then invoice your Care Provider directly.
-
Orders can be placed either from:
-
Clicking on this link which takes you to our menu;
-
Or, if you prefer, we'd love to here from you, so give us a call and we can place your order over the phone.
Do you have a self-managed NDIS plan?
As we do not deal directly with NDIS, you will need to place an order online, pay for it in full and we can send through a invoice with the 30 / 70% spilt on it, so you can claim from NDIS. We are currently only able to assist clients with self-managed plans.
STEP 1 - To create an account, go to this link https://cookaborough.com/my-dish. Click on the heart at the top right of the screen. You will then be asked to enter your login details to create your account.
STEP 2 - Go to My Accounts.
STEP 3 - Go to the NDIS/HCP section.
STEP 4 - Select Apply and fill in your details.
STEP 5 - Select NDIS and then what plan you are on.
STEP 6 - Fill in your personal and quotation information and then select Save & Create Quote.
What happens next:
a. You and My Dish will receive a copy of the Quote.
b. You are able to place an order.
c. Your invoice with the required template will be emailed when every order is placed.
d. You are then able to claim back 70% of the cost of your meal and delivery fee via your online Portal.
